We utilize the secure website Freshbooks to process your order and personal information. All data is encrypted before it is sent over the internet and is completely secure.
Delivery Standards
Websites - A 50% deposit is required before beginning work on a new website. Depending on our workload, websites may be scheduled out in the future. After receiving all photos and content from the client, typical turn around is 4-6 weeks on a new website design. Once the website is made live the remaining 50% is due.
Logo designs - A 50% deposit is required before beginning work on a new logo. Logo's are scheduled out at time of sign up. After that, initial design is done in 2 weeks, with finalization done in 2 more weeks.
Return/Refund Policy
The initial 50% deposit is non-refundable. We will work with you until you are completely happy.
